RESTAURANT MANAGER POSITION

We are looking for a full-time restaurant manager to oversee the running of our 22 cover restaurant and 16 cover bar. Your duties will include managing staff and rotas and staff training, the efficient running of lunch and dinner services, general operational duties to include stock control, basic cash/credit card handling, cashing up and ordering. We are a food and wine-led restaurant and bar and a knowledge of ingredients, general cooking methods and a good grounding in wine is essential.
